This one is mine. The first bag I ever made for myself.
I'd been making things for other people for a while, and I finally sat down and made something just because I wanted to. Spring is my favorite season — the colors, the energy, the way everything comes back to life — and I wanted a bag that felt like that.
The color combination came together the way most of my favorite things do — part intention, part whatever I had on hand. Some of it was leftover yarn from other projects, some of it I bought specifically because I needed that exact green. It took five tries to get it right. Not five attempts at the color — five full tries at the whole bag before it looked exactly the way I had it in my head. That's what the No. 5 means.
It's a small bag with both a short top handle and a gold chain strap for crossbody or shoulder carry.
Five tries. Worth every single one.
🌿 T-shirt yarn. Gold hardware. Dual carry. Small size.
